First of all set your oven to bake at the temp stated on the package of crescent rolls. So here's what we need is 3 or 4 zucchini's and a couple of white onions, 2 pkg's crescent rolls, butter or margarine and thyme, and one pound of mozzarella cheese and 2 eggs. So first skin all your zucchini's and slice then cut your onions up all should be as big or small as you like them, don't forget when they are cooking they shrink so don't cut them up too small. Then melt over medium heat about a 1/4 cup of margarine, if you need more add more as the vege's are cooking. Then I add my onions first because I like mine cooked real well so start cooking onions then gradually add your zucchini and turn heat down to low and let the vege's cook add pepper and salt and about 2 tsp's thyme, if it's fresh you can add more if you want to cook to desired tenderness, then add your mozzarella cheese and eggs and stir to cook eggs into mixture and cheese is melted. While this mixture has been cooking you should have lined your 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Open both packages of crescent rolls and roll them out and press them into baking dish with no holes and up the sides of the dish until it has formed a crust ( if you want to you can spread some mustard on the crust) then add your cooked mixture into your baking dish and bake at the temp on the package of crescent rolls. It usually takes about 15 min. but just make sure your crust looks brown and its all ready. And it's so good even your kids that hate vegetables will love this.
